Our Journey

Pedubi Technology Services, founded in 2024, help medium-sized organizations grow with tailored technology and business solutions.

Our founders have collectively over 40 years of experience in Technology and Business Solutions, the majority of which were spent in financial services and retail sectors.

The company was founded by three friends who are passionate about driving innovative technology and business solutions to enable medium-sized organizations to establish a national presence.

We believe that trust, partnership, and belief can overcome any business obstacle and Pedubi Technology Services are built on uncompromising Christian values.

The Team

  • Birke le Roux (Bsc Comp, Founder)

    Birke, started his career as a Website and Application Developer where he learned the critical skills of building customer-centric solutions. After mastering frontend development, Birke went on to specialize in High Frequency Payment Systems – designing highly available, complex and near-real-time clearing systems.

    Holding a Bsc. Computing Science degree from the University of South Africa, Birke has a keen eye for system efficiency and building awesome software that can handle millions of transactions.

    Hobbies: Running marathons and rebuilding motorcycles & cars.

  • Duane Damon (Founder)

    Duane, is a “Jack-of-all-Trades”. He started his career as a Call Centre Agent and soon developed a love for everything computer-related. Once hooked on technology, Duane went on to support the South Africa’s fasted-growing bank as a Technical Support Lead, taking responsibility for branch hardware and supporting all spheres of clients with end-user software.

    Today, Duane is a Specialist Cloud Engineer, building cloud infrastructure solutions for large organisations. Duane holds various qualifications in cloud technologies and end-user software platforms.

    He enjoys building technology infrastructure solutions for any kind of business, and in his spare time plies himself as a property developer.

    Hobbies: Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts

  • Peter Twine (CA SA, Founder)

    Peter, is a Chartered Accountant (SA). He started his career as a Systems Accountant, responsible for building finance and reconciliation systems. He honed his skills as a Business Specialist in the field of Banking Technology, where he spent 7+ years serving on various management teams as a Finance Business Partner.

    Peter holds a B.Accounting Honours degree with the University of South Africa and various technology qualifications.

    Today, Peter specializes in FinOps and building scalable businesses through efficient technology solutions. He enjoys share trading, business analysis, and derivative trading.

    Hobbies: Hunting and playing Padel.
